Didn't Work Out? No worries! We completely understand that sometimes an outfit or accessory might not be a perfect fit. You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. Returned items must be in original, unworn, undamaged condition with tags attached and the original receipt or proof of purchase. If an item shows excessive wear or use, we may decline the return. If the original receipt is unavailable, please provide your First and Last name and order number. If an item was purchased during one of our pop-up events, don't worry! SImply reach out and we'll work together to get you the correct item. Customized or personalized items are excluded from returns. We'll issue a full refund or store credit for the returned item, minus any shipping fee or items purchased through special promotions, discount sales, or clearance sales that are considered final sale because we believe that happy pups make happy customers. Just let us know your preference when initiating the return process.

1. Returns: We believe in making returns as simple as teaching an old dog a new trick. If you or your pup aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return it hassle-free. To initiate a return, simply reach out to us via contact@bigdogssmallshop.com or the message box down at the bottom right of your screen. We'll guide you through the process to make things as easy as catching a frisbee.  Once the returned item is received and looked over, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, except for items purchased with cash which will be given a company check, within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges: We genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to exchange an item, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, but don’t worry—we'll cover the shipping fees for sending your new item(s) back to you. Once we have received and looked over the original item(s) we will send out the new item(s) ASAP!

5. Tail-Wagging Satisfaction: We take pride in delivering high-quality dog clothes and accessories that will make your pup the most stylish on the block.  While we can't fetch lost packages, we will assist you in resolving any damaged items—no bones about it! Your satisfaction is our top priority.
